Job Description Overview BlueWater Federal is looking for a Network Specialist-Customer Outreach to support the DISA CP program at Whitehall. Responsibilities * Enter the service request details into DISA Storefront (DSF) to initiate a telecommunications request.
* Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before/after DISA Storefront (DSF) entry.
* Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear. Qualifications * Associate's degree is preferred
* 2+ years of IT experience, preferably within telecom provisioning
