Duties * Serve as the Senior Civilian G4 for the Division, a non-deployable position. * Supervise and direct the synchronization of logistics continuity and support for the Division Commander or Senior Commander * Serve as a subject matter expert on all logistics aspects of Sustainable Readiness Process (SRP) process, including all issues related to supply, maintenance, and transportation. * Determine the most appropriate laws, policies, regulations, principles, practices, methods and approaches to accomplish the work. * Conduct research, and provide advisory/recommendation for resolution of complex and/or controversial or unprecedented issues, problems and conflicts. Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. * Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. * This position requires the employee to Temporary Duty (TDY) of less than 25% annually. * Incumbent must successfully complete a one year supervisory probation period to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed. * In accordance with AR 690-11, this position has been designated as "Key" and shall not be vacated during a national emergency or mobilization as doing so would seriously impair the capability of the organization to function effectively. * The incumbent must be exempted from recall to active duty and will receive training to ensure mission accomplishment of sustaining base operations during mobilization.
