Help Duties * You will be responsible for the implementation, coordination and monitoring of programs and projects (i.e. resource allocation, operations, continuous training development, detachment support, etc.) assigned to the Production Resources Department. * You will prepare and collaborate in the preparation of comprehensive analysis reports covering all phases of studies and investigations, conclusions reached and recommendations for improvement and/or corrective actions. * You will establish responsibilities and set expectations; control and manage assigned programs; project and program planning; program output; and program/project team efficiency. * You will perform special studies for the Production Resources Workforce Management Division projects. * You will provide technical advice, guidance, and resolves all production workforce program problems encountered. * You will analyze and evaluate assigned programs, work in progress, and project plans in relation to operational feasibility, adequacy, uniformity, and conformance to regulatory requirements. * You will develop action plans, set priorities for accomplishment, and prepare impact assessments for assigned programs. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing and executing production programs (e.g., workforce development, production planning, production resources and allocation) for a shipyard organization.
