Sr. ISSO with Security Clearance

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior ISSO to support an industry leader in technology. This position will be on-site in Annapolis Junction, MD. The Senior ISSO will plan, manage, coordinate and provide support of all Assessment and Authorization activities. Responsibilities of the Senior ISSO include: * Ensure the completion of all Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities per various requirements * Creating System Security Plans (SSP) * Maintain compliance with all applicable requirements * Conduct weekly audits, vulnerability scanning, briefings, and reviews of SSPs Qualifications for the Senior ISSO include: * 5+ years of experience as an ISSO * In depth knowledge of ICD 503 and NIST SP800-53 * Strong experience implementing DISA STIGs * In depth knowledge of various compliance tools * Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph U.S. Government clearance. Compensation for the Senior ISSO include: * Salary Range: $155,000-180,000 * Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays This job opens for applications on 2/21/2025.
