We are seeking a strong Technician V with expertise in setting up and conducting testing of production assemblies. Responsibilities:
* Sets up test apparatus and conducts tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences.
* Performs troubleshooting of sub-assemblies to component level, diagnoses deficiencies in equipment and recommends rework where necessary.
* Corrects malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts or components as directed.
* Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties.
* May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Typically a High School Diploma and 3 years work experience or equivalent experience
* Experience with test equipment such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers and network analyzers. Ability to perform troubleshooting activities, diagnoses deficiencies in modules.
* Ability to follow test specifications, test procedures and verbal instructions in order to perform a variety of routine, standard tests which require reading, interpreting and verifying specifications using simple test stand setups
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings diagrams, hardware specifications, schematics, or written work instructions.
* Working knowledge of electronic theory and components.
* Must be able to lift 20-30lbs. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Typically a High School Diploma and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience.
* Experience in RF testing.
* Secret clearance. Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $74508 - $119213 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
