Program Manager with Security Clearance

Job Description PROGRAM MANAGER The Program Manager will support PM TN at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD. RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage engineering, financial, and administrative personnel and subcontractors in support of projects for Army Tactical Communications.
* Plan, direct, supervise, and control integration of technical, schedule, budget, and programmatic information.
* Review and approve all contract deliverables for the Task Order including Travel and Extended Hours Requests, Monthly Task and Cost Reports.
QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's Degree in related field (Master's Degree preferred)
* Direct experience in Army Tactical Communications Systems required
* Ability to work independently. * Ability to demonstrate skill and ability to analyze and develop innovative solutions to problems. * Ability to communicate effectively and apply sound judgment to problem solving
SECURITY CLEARANCE * Active DoD Secret clearance required
