Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst with an active TS/SCI Polygraph clearance to be part of our dynamic team in supporting a federal agency in Springfield VA. . Responsibilities of the Cybersecurity Analyst Will be performing network traffic analysis and analysis of system data to identify suspicious activity and potential threats to resources * Will use information gathered from a variety of sources within the enterprise perform security events and incident correlation * Analyzes the results of cyber incidents to assesses damage to the data and the infrastructure.
* Track and document all cyber incidents fully from the initial detection all the way until the final resolution.
* Performs analysis and reporting of cyber incident trends Qualifications of the Cyber Security Analyst * 5 years of experience with cybersecurity
* CSSP-IR Certification
* Active TS/SCI polygraph clearance
* Experience with Windows and linux operating systems
* Strong knowledge of current COTS Cybersecurity technologies.
* Strong knowledge of database and operating system security.
