Help Duties * You will complete driving assignments based on one-time or regular schedules over public roads at highway speeds. * You will follow oral instructions from supervisor concerning the location of jobs to determine the work to be done. * You will operate engineering equipment, accessories, and attachments according to traffic laws to prevent damage to the equipment or to buildings. * You will operate a bulldozer to move items (e.g., explosive material, debris, bombs). * You will maneuver heavy equipment using good hand, foot, and eye coordination to operate controls. * You will plot bomb strikes on score sheets for individual aircraft. The incumbent will encompass heavy physical exertion, heavy lifting, prolonged standing or sitting, some degree of dexterity, climbing of stairs or ladders for extended periods of time and exposure to noise, vibration, dust, and dirt. WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Incumbent will be exposed to a desert environment and outdoor work in temperature extremes can be expected approximately 30 percent of the time.
