Description:

GCyber is seeking a Deskside Support Technician, to support a high profile DISA customer. You will be working with a team to provide end user support relative to software, hardware, and network assistance. As the Deskside Support Technician, you will: * Provide Tier 2 technical support, resolve customer issues, and escalate when necessary. * Utilize ITIL best practices to enhance and optimize the services provided to end users. * Develop and report on performance metrics, ensuring continuous service improvement and team feedback. * Manage and optimize Service Desk resources, staff performance, and technical development. * Coordinate with IT support teams to enhance service delivery and meet customer requirements. Minimum Qualifications and Expereince: * Active DoD Secret security clearance * DoD 8570 IAT II certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA - Security, CySA+. GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP) * Strong Customer service skills * ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred.
