Job Description Spiral Solutions and Technologies, Inc. (Spiral) is seeking an Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our USSTRATCOM J73 Assessment Team! Location: Offutt AFB, STRATCOM Requirements Requirements This candidate will conduct: * Monitor USSTRATCOM Operations, Activities, and Investments (OAI) through the planning, execution, and after-action phases to evaluate how the operation impacted Command objectives. * Draft, edit, and publish (as required) Strategic, Campaign, and Crisis Planning Assessments related to the impact of USSTRATCOM operations on Command objectives. * Identify and collect relevant and timely data from operational HQ elements. * Maintain and utilize various database, analytical, and visualization tools to support assessment execution. * Conduct follow-up data collection to gather information required to complete assessments. * Produce reports and briefings to align findings with other ongoing assessment/ analysis efforts and/or disseminate assessment results. * Participate in and assist with development and management of assessment Communities of Interest (COIs). * Attend Command Operational Planning Teams, working groups, and other forums to facilitate team awareness of assessment findings. Qualifications: * Individual must individually have 7+ years' experience. * Personnel shall collectively have a mixture of background/experience to include global strike, cyber, space, IMD or NC3 * Must be knowledgeable of, and able to speak authoritatively on, all aspects of their assigned mission area including planning, operations, mission systems, advocacy, assessments, and related processes. * Familiarity with Joint processes, operations, commands; and end-to-end operations and processes from National level through Unit execution is desirable. * The FTEs must collectively have experience in the following: CCMD, MAJCOM, or HQ Service-level current or future operations; contingency, crisis-action, and/or campaign execution. * Clearance: TS//SCI Summary Home | Spiral Solutions & Technologies, Inc.
