Help Duties * You will be responsible for evaluating, monitoring, or ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, policies, or procedures, purchasing, contracting for IT/OT services, equipment, products, supplies, property, or other items. * You will be responsible for identifying and analyzing customers' information systems requirements or environments, designing or conducting analytical studies, cost-benefit analyses, or another research * You will integrate IT/OT/Cybersecurity requirements into a broad spectrum of design and construction projects and tracking through completion to ensure continuous monitoring is implemented as planned. * You will define and develop task flows to ensure resource and budget requirements are met. * You will ensure the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of planning and management services. Qualifications I have one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined: 1. In addition to my experience demonstrating the four competencies above, I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Applying the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process to information technology systems, networks and platforms; 2) Applying information system security principles and concepts, enterprise IT architecture, and new IT security developments in order to coordinate the implementation of security programs across numerous shore platforms and enclaves; 3) Interpreting and analyzing system security test results and making a risk remediation and mitigation recommendations based upon those results; and 4) Applying Federal, DoD, and DoN enterprise cybersecurity tools for conducting assessment and authorization (A&A) activities, tracking information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) compliance, and performing security assessments sufficiently in-depth to evaluate complex systems involving interdependencies, virtualized environments and multiple instances.
