You will be subject to random testing. * You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment. * This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: present information to obtain consensus or approval from command leadership on difficult or controversial topics and manage technical/administrative operations and associated programs (e.g. training, travel, technical evaluation, public affairs, correspondence, military personnel, etc.).
