Overview
This is a hybrid position with the primary responsibility of maintaining the operations and security of the Microsoft O365 and Azure corporate IT infrastructure comprised of Microsoft Windows Virtual Servers and management of the corporate endpoints comprised of Windows 10 OS. This position will require the monitoring and resolution of trouble tickets utilizing our ITIL compliant ticketing system. The operations and management of the infrastructure is governed by ISO 20000 and 27001 certified policies and procedures. Secondary responsibilities may include solution development and technical writing for contract and/or proposal support. Responsibilities
The successful Individual will be expected to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot and re-mediate hardware and software related problems, perform system level and file backup and recovery; monitor the overall health of IT systems to ensure data access and integrity is maintained. Update public DNS records, create and update internal system documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies. The successful candidate will need to rely on strong IT experience, a breadth of IT knowledge, and sound judgment to effectively plan and accomplish expected goals. The candidate is expected to understand Microsoft Windows based client/server operations to include administration of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory and Office 365 environments. The System Administrator also provides oversight of the internal IT service desk (SysAid) and supports the compliance and maintenance of companys ISO 20000 & 27000 certifications. Qualifications
BS Degree preferably in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or other Information Technology related field.
Secret Clearance (or higher) required
At least 3 years of Windows Server and Active Directory administration support experience (Microsoft Azure and O365 experience a plus)
Assist with tools such as SharePoint to enhance organizational efficiencies (a plus)
Able to develop and utilize PowerShell scripts
Experience with Wireless implementation, management, and administration Cisco and/or Aruba certification a plus
Must be comfortable working within a dynamic work environment.
Should have the ability to self-organize and coordinate resources as needed to complete moderately complex projects.
Microsoft Windows or Azure Certifications a plus
CompTia Sec+, CySA+ a plus
Prior experience supporting DoD and/or Federal government customers a plus
