HR Director What you'll do...
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Director to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in human resources management within a government contracting environment. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and compliance requirements. The HR Director will play a vital role in supporting TCSs leadership team in areas including strategic workforce planning, recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to... Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support business objectives and federal regulations. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations programs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FAR, DCAA, and other government contracting requirements. Lead efforts in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development. Manage employee benefits programs, compensation structures, and training initiatives. Provide guidance to leadership on HR-related matters, including strategic planning and risk management. Cultivate a positive workplace culture and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Serve as the primary liaison for audits, government reviews, and compliance inspections. What you'll bring to the team... Education Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master's degree preferred). Professional certification: SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP required (additional certifications like SPHR or PHR are a plus). Work Experience Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role within a government contracting firm. Proven experience with HRIS systems, talent acquisition platforms, and compliance tools. Qualifications In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other regulations governing government contractors. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and organizational abilities. Pay Range Information
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. $135,000/annually $145,000/annually Benefits
