Program Analyst with Security Clearance

Description SAIC is looking for a Program Analyst Associate to assist with many aspects of supporting our purchasing and project management teams. This position will sit in Panama City, Florida. Job Description: * Analyzing, optimizing, and evaluating program metrics and performance to identify system trends, overcome obstacles and find opportunities for improvement * Credit card purchasing through online sources as well as working with commercial vendors & manufacturers * Tracking of purchases and funds * Data Entry * Working with vendors of all types * Entering Purchase Action Requests and Purchase Requisitions * Attending weekly status report meetings * Assist with outgoing shipments & incoming deliveries * Not a remote position/ must be on-site * As well as other duties as instructed by management Qualifications Required Education: Bachelors and zero (0) years of experience required; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. Qualifications: * Ability to multi-task is a must * Ability to work in a fast-paced procurement environment. * Be a self-starter * Strong organizational skills * Proficient with MS Office Products, in particular Excel, Outlook, and Word * Must be flexible with rapidly evolving priorities * Purchasing experience is preferred Clearance: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a full Secret clearance.
