Senior Analytic Facilitator with Security Clearance

Job Description: -Provide formal initial qualification training (IQT) for personnel assigned to support platform- and weapon system-specific ISR operations at the Squadron, Operational Support Squadron, Group, or Wing level. -Prepare course materials, develop training exercises, and keep curriculum up to date with any technology, system, or tool updates. -Deliver pre-mission briefings and deliver academic testing at close of training events. -Training topics shall include: ISR collection platform fundamentals (RADAR/IR theory, SIGINT, GEOINT, Special Payloads, Weapons Capabilities/employment and Threats), Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment, and introduction to core Air Force mission sets supported by the ISR community to include: Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Close Air Support, Combat Search and Rescue, Counter-land, Counter-Sea, and Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance. -Develops, maintains, and / or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards. Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.). Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products. Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government. Required Qualifications: -Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree. -Certified as an All source Intelligence Officer or NCO (14N, 1NO) -Certified as IQT/MQT trainer and/or evaluator for USAF ISR collection platforms/weapon systems. -TS/SCI security clearance Desired Qualifications: -Experience supporting the U-2 and/or unit level intelligence experience highly desired. #CJ Salary $85,000 - $87,000 per year
