Help Duties * You will analyze business data to identify process inefficiencies. * You will develop implementing recommendations for improving the effectiveness of operating programs. * You will analyze program operations (e.g., performance, business, leadership programs) to detect negative trends. * You will prepare statistical reports to support technical or business decision-making. * You will prepare a report or assessment to present conclusions of ordnance business process analysis. * You will analyze administrative office processes to identify methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness. * You will advise managers on program initiatives to improve the effectiveness and efficiency. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Providing technical advice on contract specifications and developing a Performance Work Statement (PWS) detailing the contract performance expectations. 2. Providing input/assessment on the performance of contractual commitments into a database (i.e. Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS)). 3. Providing timely justification for task orders, option exercises, or follow-on contracts. 4. Entering data into an electronic invoicing, contract management system (i.e. Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system) to ensure requirements have been met and contracts promptly paid.
