Help Duties * You will be the principal (CIO) to the USNCC President for all information technology (IT) and information management (IM) matters. * You will oversee the Agency's Information Technology program and Information Management disciplines including cyber security, automation, telecommunications, information assurance, information plans, policy, integration, data, and records management. * You will provide strategic leadership for cybersecurity, classified computing, development operations, high performance computing, educational technologies and technology assistance center programs. * You will perform full range of supervisory personnel management functions for up to 20 staff. * You will establish major project goals, objectives and priorities; keeps leadership informed of progress and major problems; and provides program guidance and direction as required. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Managing enterprise-wide facilities related control IT systems for a complex organization including IT investment management, network design and development, network and systems operations, and information system security and assurance; 2) Promoting IT system solutions while leveraging state-of-the-art advances in Information Technology; 3) Providing authoritative direction and leadership of a multi-faceted IT organization with varied customers, clients, and stakeholders; and 4) Managing projects and programs to accomplish enterprise architecture goals/objectives.
