Business Financial Analyst with Security Clearance

Overview Business Financial Analyst (VOPS-2025-22418): Bowhead is seeking Business Financial Analyst with demonstrated experience in the following areas: financial reporting, budgeting, requisitioning, forecasting, and utilization of financial software (ERP preferred). Responsibilities * Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) * Program Life Cycle Cost Estimates (PLCCEs) * Should Cost Analyses * NAVSEA 7300/4 Type Estimates * Cost Studies (Economic Analyses (EAs), Business Case Analyses (BCAs), Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Trade Studies, Cost Realism Analyses and Special Studies) * Cost Reviews (Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), In-Process Reviews (IPRs), and Basis of Estimate (BoE)) * Program Office Cost Support (Program Objective Memorandum (POM) estimates, Selected Acquisition Report (SAR) submissions/inputs, Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES) submissions, budget submissions, Program Acquisition Unit Cost (PAUC) and Average Procurement Unit Cost (APUC) submissions) * Joint Cost and Schedule Uncertainty Analysis * Earned Value Analysis and Earned Value Management * Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD) * Program Risk Analysis and Mitigation Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree preferred * Two plues (2+) years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, requisitioning, forecasting, and utilization of financial software (ERP preferred). * Must have working understanding of TPS documentation and IBPES * Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint * Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts * Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team Physical Demands: * Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds * Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time * Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently have a security clearance at the Secret level.
