Duties * You will guide employees on issues related to a sexual assault prevention and response program. * You will serve as point of contact for senior management, faculty, or staff regarding sexual assault response programs. * You will complete risk assessments and documentation for case review. * You will develop reports, information papers, talking points, briefing packages, or other Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) program information for senior leaders. Qualifications I n addition to the Basic Requirement for this position at the GS-11 level, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Providing non-clinical support to adult victims of sexual assault and sexual harassment; 2.) Developing, marketing and analyzing services provided to victims of sexual assault and sexual harassment; 3.) Employing various methods and techniques typical of a sexual harassment victim advocate program. I n addition to the Basic Requirement for this position at the GS-09 level, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Assisting with providing non-clinical support to adult victims of sexual assault and sexual harassment; 2.) Developing, marketing or analyzing services provided to victims of sexual assault or sexual harassment; 3.) Assisting with developing or coordinating sexual assault prevention and awareness campaigns or events. OR * Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. OR * Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. For the GS-09 Level: * Successful completion of a Master's Degree or equivalent doctoral degree in a related discipline appropriate to the position OR * Successful completion of 2 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree.
