APEX Developer with Security Clearance

Work arrangement: Remote (flexibility to travel if necessary) Clearance: Must be a US Citizen. Ability to obtain a Public Trust. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain assigned applications using Oracle APEX * Develop procedure and packages using PL/SQL for data conversion, data migration, and other scripts as needed * Perform requirements analysis, specification development, design, develop, test, deploy assigned applications, and reverse engineer current applications * Create dynamic reports using APEX reporting tools and/or integration with BI reporting tools such as IBM Cognos and Microsoft Power BI * Migrate Oracle mod_plsql (aka Oracle PL/SQL Cartridge) applications to Oracle Apex * Provide APEX guidance and support to technical staff * Perform as a subject matter expert for APEX application development * Administer all APEX objects, code and forms Requirements: * Working knowledge with Oracle APEX and PL/SQL. * Must have strong communication skills -- written and verbal. * Ability to collaborate with all team members; work with all levels of professionals. * Able to meet strict deadlines. * Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust. * Must be a US Citizenship. Must successfully pass a government issued background check. Education/Experience: * BS/BA in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or equivalent. * A minimum of 4 years of development work experience with 2 years of working experience with APEX. Minimum of 8 years of development work experience in lieu of a college degree with at least 2 years of APEX experience.
