Required Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph City: Fort Meade State/Territory: Maryland Travel: None Potential for Teleworking: No Schedule: Full Time DoD 8570 IAT Requirement: None DoD 8570 IAM Requirement: None DoD 8570 IASAE Requirement: None DoD CSSP Requirement: None Last Updated: 3/1/25 8:31 PM Requisition ID: 223935 US Citizenship Required?: Yes Pay Range: $100,426.07 to $133,901.42 Work Type: On-Site Referral Eligibility: Eligible Job Description The Level 2 Signals Analyst shall possess the following skills: * PROFORMA (waveform, bitstream, parametrics) expertise; experience w/ PKTswing and NGView for bit level identification and characterization Education and Experience * A Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience. * A Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience. * A Doctoral degree and 2 years of relevant experience. * A high school diploma or GED plus 7 years of relevant experience. * An Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience will be considered for those who have relevant military degree programs (or equivalent), OR who have completed relevant military training [for example, 9141 (Navy Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), IN2A (Air Force Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), 451/401 (Intermediate Signals Analysis) or 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis)]; OR who have participated in or graduated from a relevant training program such as the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP), Military ELINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP), or Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program (MOSAP). * Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field. A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed a relevant training program listed above (e.g., 9141, IN2A, 451/461, 452 or MCSAP/MESAP/MOSAP). * Relevant experience must be in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems.
