SUPERVISORY BUDGET ANALYST with Security Clearance

Duties * Oversees all execution matters for the USCYBERCOM HQs and Cyber National mission Force (CNMF), such as spend plan development, interpretation and distribution of fiscal guidance and policy. * Providing timely and informed fiscal advice to J8 leadership assisting supported HQ Resource Advisors (RA) in the execution of their responsibilities and applying critical analysis to identify impacts and trends in funds utilization. * Provides substantive inputs to these analyses as required to resolve issues beyond the authority and capability of subordinate analysts to address, approves work products. * Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the HQs Execution Branch, ensuring all the branch's activities and documentation comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. * Assesses and revises policies and procedures as necessary to find ways to improve quality, timeliness, and efficiency of work. Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. * Three year trial/probationary period may be required. * The employee may be recalled to duty, may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, and may be required to work overtime. * Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military and/or commercial aircraft. * The employee must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance as a condition of employment and must complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph exam. * Must successfully pass urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter according to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program. * The incumbent must meet NSA personnel security requirements outlined in NSA/CSS Policy5-1. * Situational Telework - This position MAY be eligible for situational telework only, including emergency and OPM prescribed "Unscheduled Telework". * Supervisory - One-year supervisory probationary period required.
