Description Negotiate, draft, and administer contracts for goods and services, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. Coordinate with legal, procurement, and other teams to manage contract terms, mitigate risks, resolve disputes, and maintain vendor relationships while ensuring cost-effective procurement and timely fulfillment of obligations. Requirements * Responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of complex contracts, including negotiation, development, administration, and termination. * Negotiate, develop, administer, extend, and renegotiate contractual agreements for products or services, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with business needs. * Negotiate with suppliers to draft procurement proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with project goals and budget. * Formulate and coordinate procurement proposals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with industry regulations. * Oversee and coordinate activities of teams engaged in formulating bid proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client specifications. * Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with contracts, ensuring all agreements meet legal and regulatory requirements. * Monitor the execution and performance of contracts, tracking milestones and ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions. * Resolve disputes related to contracts, fostering strong working relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal teams. * Maintain and track all contract-related documentation and provide regular status updates to senior management on contract performance and risks. * Lead and mentor a team of contract professionals, providing guidance on best practices, process improvements, and contract strategies. * Play a crucial role in securing and managing high-value agreements, ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved. Non-Negotiable Requirements: 1. Ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance; Top Secret with investigation current within the last 5 years 2. On-site, no remote Technical Environment: Microsoft, Linux, Splunk, Ansible, Tenable, GEMS A notification to prospective applicants that reviews, and tests for the absence of any illegal drug as defined in 10 CFR 707.4, will be conducted by the employer and a background investigation by the Federal government may be required to obtain an access authorization prior to employment, and that subsequent reinvestigations may be required.
