Responsibilities As a Senior Project Manager with AMERICAN SYSTEMS you will have the opportunity to do the following: * Continue growing and perfecting your skills in Security and Construction field.
* Direct construction project management planning and execution processes to meet project design requirements, schedules, and organizational financial objectives.
* Provide overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools for effective project management throughout the project lifecycle.
* Use comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and operations to set project productivity and quality targets.
* Monitor project milestones, change orders, and technical status reports.
* Manage strategic client relationships and establish clear lines of communication.
* Respond to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinate solutions.
* Analyze project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects.
* Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.
* Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. Qualifications * TS/SCI Clearance (Active)Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes. Bachelor's Degree (desired) with 10 -15 Years of experience including the following:
* 1-3 years supervisory experience
* At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager
* 3-5 Years of security experience specifically related to ICD 705 (SCIF/SAPF) Construction, Intelligence Operations, Counter-Intelligence Operations, Counter-Surveillance Operations, Technical Surveillance Counter-Measures, Physical Security, or a combination of these experiences

The salary range for this position is USD $94,100.00/Yr. - USD $157,100.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
