Help Duties * You will develop the necessary OPNAV policy, implementation guidance, and assessment of programs and requirements to ensure comprehensive inspection, identification, and abatement of occupational hazards; program reporting and analysis. * You will establish, coordinate, direct, and evaluate Navy Expeditionary/Special Warfare, Diving, Parachute, Special Warfare Combat Craft, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, SEABEE. * You will provide guidance for adequate inspection and identification of hazards and timely corrective action, effective training programs, and mishap prevention efforts. * You will serve as the Naval Safety Command Subject Matter Expert for Expeditionary/Special Warfare issues. * You will evaluate pertinent data and studies and identify mishap trends within the expeditionary/special warfare commands and provides guidance in conducting aggressive mishap prevention programs. * You will set priorities, assign work and reviews for accuracy, timeliness, and mission accomplishment. Qualifications I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
