Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting in the development of contractually acceptable specifications, work statements, and quality assurance criteria; 2) Determining the responsibility of the contractor using evaluations requested of authorized experts and/or based on other records; 3) Performing price or cost analyses; 4) Assisting the chief negotiator as required, such as the performance of analysis or fact-finding under extremely tight deadlines; 5) Preparing recommendations with all supporting documentation for resolution of contractor protests.
