Help Duties * You will serve as a first line Painter Supervisor, charged with exercising supervision over subordinate workers in accomplishing painter and/or mixed trade work. * You will deliver cost, schedule, and quality performance to customers. * You will be responsible for the quantity and quality of the work performed by subordinates, requiring the application of thorough expert knowledge of the methods, techniques, procedures, tools, materials, and practices of the painter trade. * You will provide performance evaluation and feedback to work leaders and journeymen. * You will plan the use of workers, equipment, facilities, materials, and tools provided for assigned units of work. * You will monitor the status of assigned work in relation to the overall scheduled requirements including unanticipated requirements.
