Duties * All-source, science and technology (S and T) intelligence analyst on focusing foreign should-fired propelled and small arms weapons mounted or thrown grenades, their associated systems, and supporting technologies for the Infantry and Mobility Branch * Responsible for production of finished S and T intelligence products, including forecasts and overall capability assessments on foreign should-fired, rocket propelled, small arms weapons mounted, or thrown grenades * Responsible for collected intelligence, scientific, engineering, or technical data, systems and related technologies; to develop an assessment of foreign military capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities of military systems or processes. * Defends validity and soundness of methodologies, intelligence policy emphasis, satisfaction of customer requirements, adherence to Army policies and objectives in a variety of reviews through the chain of command. Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. * Two year trial/probationary period may be required. * In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter. Progressively responsible experience is that which has included intelligence-related research, analysis, collections and /or operations. This experience should have included intelligence analysis and/or production, intelligence collection and/or operations, counterintelligence, or threat support directly related to the position to be filled. This experience should demonstrate: Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizations; Knowledge of and/or ability to use research tools such as library holdings, photographs, statistics, graphics and maps; Knowledge of the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data; and/or Knowledge of organization(s) for and methods of collecting and analyzing intelligence data You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: * Administration and Management
