Director, Program Management with Security Clearance

Job Title: Director, Program Management Job Code: 19993 Job Location: San Diego, CA Job Description: For the past 60+ years, Telemetry and RF Products has been an industry-leading provider of highly reliable and secure RF communication products for Space and Airborne missions. We are looking for a strong leader to take on a vital role as the Director of programs, reporting to the T&RF General Manager. The Director of Programs manages a team of program managers and a portfolio of programs within the T&RF business unit. The programs are within the TacSatCom terminal and Space RF communication mission areas, and include both government, commercial, and inter-company contracts. The portfolio will typically have 20-25 programs will total annual revenue ranging from $100M-$120M. This portfolio will be one of two within the T&RF business unit. The Director of Programs is responsible for the successful program execution, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team morale of all programs within the portfolio. The Director of Programs is also responsible for the growth of the portfolio, in collaboration with other members of the leadership team and business development team.
