Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a Technical Specialist - Lab to work in the Miami VA System - Miami, Florida. Position Highlights: * Weekend, Holiday, Evening and Night Hour Shifts * 12 hour shifts * Generous PTO and 11 paid federal holidays * Give back & care for our Nation's armed forces Job Summary: The Technical Specialist provides expertise in laboratory procedures, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with technical standards. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as a technical resource for lab staff. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in laboratory testing. * Develop and refine laboratory protocols. * Train staff on specialized laboratory techniques. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
