Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for as a Patient Service Representative at Seymour-Johnson AFB in NC. Requirements: * Proficiency in computer and telephone operations to perform required tasks efficiently. * Fluency in English to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff. * Prior experience in customer service or medical office administration is preferred. Work Schedule & Hours: * Workdays: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. * Shifts: 9-hour shifts, 1-hour uncompensated meal break. * Maximum Weekly Hours: No more than 80 hours in a two-week period.
