Registered Nurse - Primary Care with Security Clearance

Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential position as a Primary Care-Registered Nurse (RN) to work at Seymour-Johnson AFB in North Carolina. Position Highlights: * Outpatient environment & updated facilities * Employee status * Opportunity to give back & care for our Nation's military and dependents Position Responsibilities: * Patient assessment, triage, and monitoring * Execution of physicians' orders within the guidelines of standard nursing practice * Provide treatment and discharge instructions upon patient release * Documentation of patient care and observations * Patient education and emotional support Position Requirements: * Current BLS for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. * RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact * At least 2-years' experience as a Primary Care RN * Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. * Excellent customer service skills. * An understanding of medical and clinic settings. * Shall be able to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate with patients and other staff members Company Overview: At Spectrum, we utilize over thirty-five years of experience providing optimal solutions for federal agencies that are both innovative and cost-effective.
