Help Duties * You will manage multimedia layout and design, graphics, CD/DVD production efforts and the post-production printing/publishing for both in-house and outsourced work. * You will plan, design, produce and present multimedia projects incorporating photography, video, graphic design and illustration. * You will design and manage the production of audiovisual material. * You will provide studio photography, ceremonial support and training, and event coverage support for ceremonies and special events. * You will maintain multimedia hardware and software and will research, evaluate and acquire both existing and emerging multimedia hardware and software that will enable publishing of cost effective products. * You will produce a variety of visual items such as photo prints, video and digital images used for presentations, multimedia and TV productions. Qualifications GS 11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Collaborating with organizational public affairs and leadership to ensure visual imagery (e.g. Hard copy, digital format on website and social media outlets); convey the command's mission and priorities (i.e. training, exercise, activities and events) to external and internal audiences; provide multi-media and technical expertise on illustrative design matters such as electronic lay-out, production timelines, project budget planning and contracting support. GS-09:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing multi-media and technical expertise on illustrative design matters such as electronic lay-out, production timelines, project budget planning and contracting support; use a variety of photographic assignments using cameras, digital equipment, and or hardware/software programs; use customer service techniques with a diverse audience. * I have successfully completed 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or
