About the role Concept Plus is seeking a Program Manager to lead an IT program meant to oversee cloud migration when deemed necessary by the client, manage software and technical refresh activities by leveraging Agile processes in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to improve responsiveness to customer priorities, incorporate industry standards and practices for high quality software code maintenance and to reduce change requests (functional, technical, security and financial) and defect backlogs, and deliver value to users in a timely, efficient, and effective manner. Leverage Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) to augment efforts as appropriate. What you'll do The Program Manager to be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of IT systems requirements consistent with company strategy, commitments, and goals. This role involves leading the program and project staff and providing strategic guidance to teams in ways that achieve client goals and promote the company's culture and vision. The Program Manager will oversee operations progress and serve as key personnel for seamless team management and development, program delivery, quality control, and evaluation.
