Help Duties * You will review and research material lists (ML) prepared by inspectors and shop personnel for repair parts. * You will be responsible for procurement of material using standard navy requisition procedures. * You be responsible to annotate all National Item Identification Number (NIIN) items on the Material Lists (ML). * You will validate requirements and provide detailed information on procurement documents when parts are rejected or cancelled. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reviewing and researching material lists (ML) prepared by inspectors and shop personnel; 2) Annotating National Item Identification Number (NIIN) items on material lists; 3) Maintaining procurement records, receipts, invoices, shipping, receiving, and other documentation required for audit purposes; 4) Assisting in determining correct dispositions of all unused materials; and 5) Providing detailed documents to support rejection or cancellations in procurement systems.
