INTERDISCIPLINARY-COMP ENG/ELEC ENG/OPS RESEARCH/COM SCIENTIST with Security Clearance

Duties -Serves as Cyber Test Manager, managing and leading a team of government employees and contractors through the planning, execution, and reporting phases of assigned Cooperative Vulnerability Penetration Assessments (CVPA), to include providing Cybersecurity Assessment (CSA) subject matter expertise to the team. -Provide both technical and administrative support for all facets of CVPA development, execution, and process and an integral member of ACC's Operational Test and Evaluation program. -Leads meetings and presents briefings to accomplish Cyber Test Manager duties; contribute to the improvement of the Cyber Test flight and squadron; identify issues, advising leadership and providing potential solutions. -Accomplishes professional development and maintains technical proficiency through professional interaction with technical and professional societies, associations, academia, symposia, contractors, research and development (R&D) organizations, and participation in formal training programs. A master's degree in a technical related field is highly desired. * Prior experience in space operations, cyber weapon systems, cybersecurity, and operational testing is highly desirable. * The employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. * This position requires the incumbent to be certified IAW DoDD 8140.01 Cyberspace Workforce Management or to obtain the certification within 180 days of being assigned to the position. Qualifications This is an Interdisciplinary position that may be filled as a Computer Engineer, GG-0854-13, Electronics Engineer, GG-0855-13, Operations Research Analyst GG-1515-13, or Computer Scientist, GG-1550-13. This is a GG-13 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-13 duties for the Professional work category are at the Full Performance work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-13 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the 13 grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.
