Description:
Duties * Manage the Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention Program for the Installation. * Conduct analysis of policy/program effectiveness for the SHARP Program. * Complete annual reports on Sexual Assault (SA), Sexual Harassment (SH), and retaliation. * Advise and provide data to Army Leadership and Senior Commanders. * Monitor SHARP related training initiatives to ensure compliance with current laws, regulations, and policies. * Coordinate 24/7 SHARP response capabilities down to the Company level. * Track sexual harassment and sexual assault case management to maintain regulatory requirements. * Enter sexual assault data into Defense Sexual Assault Incident Database (DSAID) and sexual harassment data into the Integrated Case Reporting System (ICRS). * Supervise and assign advocacy duties to the SARCs and VAs within the installation. * Monitor workload to ensure balance and completion of work. * Emphasize the commitment to maintain a workplace environment that rejects sexual harassment and sexual assault and attitudes that promote such behaviors. * Conduct monthly Case Management Group (CMG)/Sexual Assault Review Board (SARB). * Conduct quarterly Sexual Assault Response Team (SART). Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. * Must have a minimum experience of three years (five years preferred) of program management or leading an organization with 20 or more personnel in the military or private sector. * Must possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to operate a motor vehicle. * May be subject to occasional 24/7 on-call SARC responsibilities. * The duties of this position may require the incumbent to work evenings, nights, holidays, and/or weekends to include modification in shifts and/or tour of duty. * The selectee must successfully complete the 6-week SHARP Career Course within 6-months of employment.
