Job Type Full-time Description Plateau Grp is a rapidly growing information technology company specializing in cutting-edge Product development, modernization of Enterprise IT systems, delivery of Data and AI driven technology, Cloud Migration and IT support services, based in the Greater Washington DC area. Reporting to the Operations Executive, the manager oversees the organization's strategic requirements for talent acquisition to support business development, human resources, technology delivery and other operational functions. The manager is also responsible for supporting people-related operations of the organization as directed by the executive. The manager shall work closely with the Business Development and Capture team to conduct market research on personnel quals and pay spectrums in geo-locations aligning with key proposals, identifying strategies to capture potential candidates to increase p-win on proposals. On a tactical level, the manager will focus on the hiring process, relations, retention, administration of company policies and procedures, databases, recruiting and employment actions. Responsible may also include specific functions like exit interviews, new hire onboarding, coaching, and performance etc. The manager will serve as a trusted resource for the senior hiring leaders in the organization to address their hiring requirements, building an optimal pipeline of highly skilled candidates and ensuring high candidate quality, quick turnaround time and alignment with billing rates and staffing timelines. Requirements * Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Recruitment or related field.
* Experience: Must have at least ten years of hiring and talent acquisition experience, preferably with progressive people operations responsibilities. Three years of people administration and oversight with people operations data and reports.
* Professional Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint), including expertise in setting up and using and analyzing databases and spreadsheets. Must be well organized and detail oriented; have familiarity with human resource information systems (HRIS) and Recruitment systems.
* Personal Skills: Must have strong oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal and listening skills; and ability to exercise flexibility, sound judgment, use discretion and maintain confidentiality of employee private information.Plateau does not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters without a signed third-party agreement.
