Technical Writer Missile Defense with Security Clearance

Description The Technical Writer Missile Defense will provide technical analysis and editing expertise for MDA DE's Quick Response Team. Perform technical editing of documents and briefings to ensure clarity and technical accuracy Assist with developing analysis reports and products including defended area maps, probability of engagement success, raid capacity plots, and depth of fire plots. Review technical products to ensure technical accuracy and consistency across the Agency. Develop graphics using Satellite Tool Kit (STK) graphics tool Organize and document task databases and retrievable study results Qualifications A minimum of 10 years' experience on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program or project with an MA/MS degree. Twenty years of similar experience with a BA/BS degree is also acceptable. Strong Technical writing and editing experience Us Citizenship and an active DOD Secret clearance. Ability to work independently to analyze and solve problems SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
