Description:
ManTech seeks a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. This is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Develop and maintain impactful relationships with AWS cloud mission owners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Manage new customer intake through the AWS cloud brokerage onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
* Oversee and coordinate AWS FINOPS activities, ensuring cost-effective cloud resource management and optimization.
* Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are met and align with customer needs.
* Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and customers on mission owner status, onboarding progress, and any issues or concerns.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
* Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve service delivery processes. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field; six years of relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
* 4+ years of experience with AWS cloud and customer engagement
* Experience and knowledge with AWS cloud brokerage onboarding processes
* Proven experience with AWS FINOPS and cloud resource management
* Familiarity with AWS cloud engineering and technical support. Preferred Qualifications: * AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification.
* Experience working with government or defense-related cloud projects.
* Familiarity with NAVSEA organization structure.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with AWS cost management tools and best practices. Clearance Requirements: * Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active Secret clearance Physical Requirements: * Ability to remain stationary for up to 50% of the time while working at a computer or other office equipment.
* Ability to move around the office to access files and office machinery, as well as to communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients.
* Occasional movement around the facility for meetings and to collaborate with teams.
